How to destroy your health in one day

Well, not exactly one day. There were precursors that helped it. Anyway, here's a step-by-step list of how to destroy your health in "one" day.
1. Fall sick with flu.
2. Don't sleep for one night because you're up studying.
3. The next day, run to the train station because you think you might be late. (and later realise it was pointless because the train came late.)
4. Crash from the adrenaline rush and sniffle from running in the cold.
5. Attend an excursion to a place far off that involves hands-on activities.
6. Expand and waste energy being happy as if you didn't just miss a night of sleep, coughing your way through activities.
7. Run to catch up with your friends after the excursion ends (because they wanted to go home and you were wandering off in mind)
8. Catch a nap on the train.
9. Break your rule of no caffeine and buy a large mocha because you are about to shut down.
10. Play an hour of piano.
11. Take a bath, but rush out to fetch your sibling from school when the parents forget (with wet hair - nevermind that today is 15 degrees celcius)
12. Run all the way to school in frantic worry that your sibling may be alone since everyone returns home punctually and you're already fifteen minutes late
13. Grab large gasping breaths and suffer another adrenaline crash.
14. Attend a one hour maths tutoring session and attempt to actually use your brain
15. Suffer through a caffeine crash while trying to do homework.
16. Attend a one and a half hour of physics tutoring and hear your voice change.
Here is the knockout - 17. Stay awake typing away at your blog at 1am even though you're sniffling and can't think straight.
